Best Cardio Exercises for Weight Loss
Here is a list of the best cardio exercises for weight loss:
Walking:
Walking is a great exercise to start out with if you haven't done much physical exercise for a while. Walking on a variety of different inclines will help you lose weight and tone up. Different inclines work different muscles.
You could walk short distances but longer is better. If you know someone who lives within a reasonable distance then you could walk to their house as an exercise.
Running:
Running is going to raise your heart rate more than walking so it will burn more weight off of you. It is best to start out slow with running and as you get more and more fit increase distance and speed.
Bicycling:
What is great about using a bike is it is more fun than other exercises. If you have the correct posture while riding your bike, it should target a lot of different muscle areas. The more muscles you work the more fat your body will burn.
Rowing:
Rowing is a cardio workout which uses your arms. Typically you will use a rowing machine at a gym or at home. It works your arms, back shoulders and legs.

Weight Loss Strategy #1
Most peoples perspective on weight loss is about cutting out sugar and replacing with artificial sweeteners. They fail to see the bigger picture.
Coming from someone who was overweight before I can tell you there is no substitute for nutritious food, clean water, exercise and sunshine.
It is a bit more complicated than just that and that is what this website is about.
